All our pre-loved Appliances come with a 3 months warranty & New Appliances 6months to a year depending on the supplier Terms upon purchase.

4. What warranty does one get on a new Appliance?

6 months to a 1 year is the warranty given on brand new items.

5. Can I pick up Appliances at your physical address? 5.

Yes we also use a freight courier to ship acccross country if you buy through our website .

6. Are your A, B and C grade demo’s or second hand?

They are pre-loved second hand appliances.

7. What do the A, B and C represent?

So grading applies to the pre-loved or second hand appliances. We Grade them according to the condition. Some come in prestine looking condition and some with slight scratch and denting to the body. Overall the appliances have been tested and work 100%. But are graded according to wear and tear the appliances has

A – Grade(Best looking condition, usually has no scratch or dent, shelves are usually all intact)

B – Grade(second best looking, might have a scratch and dent , but barely visible )

C – Grade( third best looking, these appliances will have visible dents and scratches, at times 1 or 2 missing shelves)

7. What payment facilities do you have at your address of business?

Card, Cash, Emmediate eft into business account ( must reflect same day) or alternatively pay online via Payfast Safe Gateway visa Checkout. For walk-in customers we Also offer a 3 month Lay-buy option in store .

8. Can I test the item at upon commitment at your physical address?

All the appliances have been pre-tested , but yes we do test them again for customers until their satisfaction is met.
